Because we print our items on demand to reduce waste, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. USA: 2–5 business days after production. International: 10–30 business days after production. US Territories: Please allow an additional 7–12 business days.
Yes! We ship to the following markets: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, and South Africa.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 within the USA! For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orca Snork is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and in original packaging. To start a return, email sales@orcasnork.com with your Full Name and Order Number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@orcasnork.com so we can make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We use a "Print-on-Demand" model. By only crafting items that have already been purchased, we avoid the environmental waste caused by mass overproduction.
