Need an update on your gear? Easily check your shipment status using either of the methods below.

Track via Email
Locate Your Confirmation Email: Look for the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from the store.
Click the link: Inside the email, click the "View your order" or similar button to go to the order status page.
Use the Shop app
Use Your Shop AppIf you have the Shop app installed, orders are automatically tracked, and you'll get notifications.
Here's how to check your order via your Orca Snork account
Orca Snork Customer Account Log InLog In: Click the "Continue with Shop" or enter your email and click "Continue".
Find Your Orders: Once logged in, navigate to your "Order History," "My Orders," or a similar section within your account dashboard.
View Details: Click on the specific order number to see its current status, tracking information, and order details.
