Because all of our products are custom-made just for you when you order, our shipping process looks a little different than a traditional retail store. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets crafted, packed, and delivered.

The Two-Step Process: Fulfillment + Shipping
Every order goes through two phases before it lands on your doorstep:
• Fulfillment (2–5 Business Days)
This is the time it takes to custom-print, quality-check, and pack your items. Over 97% of our orders are completed and shipped out within 5 business days.
• Shipping (Varies by Speed)
This is the transit time it takes the mail carrier to bring the package from our facility to your door.

US Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer standard flat rate shipping on all items. Express shipping is available for apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and long sleeves), but is not available for shoes or stickers due to specialized carrier requirements.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my items ship together in one package?
Because we offer different types of custom-made products, your order might arrive in multiple packages. For example, if you buy a hoodie and a sticker, the sticker will ship separately in a flat mailer to keep it safe from bending, while the hoodie will arrive in a poly-mailer. You will receive unique tracking information for each package if they ship separately.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your items are completed, packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email from us containing a direct tracking link. It may take up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier scans the label.
My tracking status hasn't moved in a few days. Is it lost?
It is completely normal for a package to go 24–48 hours without a fresh scan while it is in transit between major regional carrier hubs. However, if your estimated delivery window has passed and your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please reach out to us at sales@orcasnork.com and we will gladly look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my shipping address after placing an order?
We do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Because of this, we can only make changes or cancellations to your shipping address within a very short window after the order is placed. If your order has not shipped yet: Please contact us immediately at sales@orcasnork.com with your Order Number and the correct shipping address. If we catch it before it hits our fulfillment queue, we will happily update it for you.
If your order has already shipped: Once an order leaves our hands, we unfortunately cannot redirect packages or change the delivery address. If your package is already in transit, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx) using your tracking number to see if they can intercept or reroute the package for you. If the package is ultimately returned back to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you immediately to arrange a reshipment.
What happens if my package is stolen or lost?
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen out of mailboxes or off porches once the carrier officially marks them as "Delivered." If your tracking states delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors, look around side doors, or contact your local post office hub.
If a package is genuinely lost in transit by the carrier (tracking completely stops updating before delivery), contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will issue a replacement.
What happens during holidays or peak shopping seasons?
During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the winter holidays) or during severe weather events, both our custom production times and carrier transit times may experience slight delays. We recommend placing orders for holiday gifts at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. We will always update our checkout page with any temporary changes to shipping timelines.
