Returns & Refunds Policy

At Orca Snork, we want you to love what you wear. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help get it sorted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted for a refund.

Sizing Tip: Because our apparel features a classic, high-quality Regular fit, we highly recommend checking the size guides on our product pages before ordering to ensure the perfect fit the first time around!


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return, please contact us via email or phone. To help our team process your request quickly, please provide:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your Order Number
  3. A brief note letting us know if you prefer a refund or a size exchange.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via our team cannot be accepted. If your country of residence is outside the United States, shipping your return goods back to us may take a little longer than expected.


Frequently Asked Questions

Are return shipping fees covered?

Yes! We believe in a seamless shopping experience. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all accepted domestic returns at no additional cost to you.

Can I get a refund on my original shipping costs?

No. Original shipping costs from your initial order are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, the fastest way to get the right fit is to get in touch with us to set up a return. To ensure your correct size doesn't sell out, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size right away while we process your return for the original item.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For orders where a gift card was used to cover all or part of the total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

When will I see my refund?

We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the credit, please reach out to us and we will track it down for you.
